**JOB SUMMARY**:
Ensure services and supports are client driven in accordance with the identified care plan, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures consistent with the Assisted Living Services Policy, 2023 (ALS Policy) and Senior Services.

Provide to clients living at Deer Park Suites; assisted living services in a manner that promotes wellness, and fosters independence, respect, dignity, and inclusion. Perform required services identified in individual care plans that fall under the ALS Policy encouraging client involvement and degrees of assistance in the areas of: personal support services (personal hygiene activities and routine personal activities of living) homemaking services (laundry/housekeeping), security checks and reassurance services, medication prompts; meal/nourishment assistance life enrichment activities to address psycho/social, health, wellness, and/or community engagement needs. Complete Pharmacy medication training, focusing on medication prompting and client-specific training. PSW- assistance with eye/ear drops, support/assistance with blood press
