**General Accountability**:
The Gas Bar Supervisor ensures the achievement of planned sales and gross margin results. The
incumbent also ensures that the image and housekeeping standards required are maintained within a
safe and secure working environment.

**Reports To**: Retail District Manager

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Ensures self and direct reports understand and follow company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Achieves planned sales and gross margin results through effective pricing management and expense control.
- Hires, trains and develops high caliber staff, who comply with company policies, and adhere to required housekeeping and image standards.
- Ensures that daily product pricing is within the pricing strategies developed and set.
- Maintains daily pricing information.
- Ensures that pleasant and efficient customer service is provided at all times.
- Ensures the security and proper handling of all cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
- Maintains and monitors inventory in both store and fuel sales. Within this regard ensures daily dips are taken and properly recorded and orders product as required.
- Ensures the accuracy of the weekly hours report for payroll and submits to Central Office on a weekly basis.
- Performs duties normally associated with Gas Bar Attendants as required.
- Ensures self and direct reports understand and follow corporate policies and general business procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Must possess valid training and certification as required

**Working Conditions**:

- Minimal physical effort required; however, work outdoors in all types of inclement weather.
