**About you**:
In this role, you are passionate and enthusiastic about the power of uniforms and believe in the importance of community. You work collaboratively to empower the collective success of our team and our customers. You are an energetic, sales-focused individual who is committed to excellent customer service.

**What will you bring to our Team?**
- 3 years of retail experience in a management position - apparel is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management
- Must have moderate computer skills, including point-of sale devices and systems

**As the Store Leader your objectives will include**:

- Recruiting, Training, and coaching staff members to meet and exceed store sales goals
- Leading merchandising and maintenance of the store.
- Assisting in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
- Supporting the Account Executive to onboard and retain customers

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
