**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
