**Job description**

**We are growing into international opportunities and immediately need CNC Machinists to program, setup and operate Siemens CNC control on VDF Boehringer / TUR lathes. Our CNC Machinists are required to efficiently perform 'Turn-Key' processes and follow the production of products from concept to completion.**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3+ Years CNC Programming Siemens 800 Series CNC Controls on VDF/Weiler Cycle Teach Lathes
- 100% Independent Programming/Setup/Operation of all processes up to and including turning, boring, drilling, threading and grooving on Cycle Lathes

**Description**:

- Down-hole Tool manufacturing.
- Extensive use of steady rests and long boring bar setup.
- Production of 1-20pc orders.
- API/Acme Threading
- Thread Chasing
- Turn-Key Machining from Drawing to Finished parts.
- Quick Change Tooling
- Daily production goals are discussed with the production management team to ensure priorities are clear.
- All staff must maintain documentation related to our QMS and Inspection items. This includes dimensional data, requisition forms, non-conformance records, maintenance requests and safety concerns.
- All staff operating equipment are required to maintain the machinery and perform daily, weekly and monthly basic maintenance items.

*DAY/EVENING SHIFTS ARE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE*

**Salary**: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
