With 180 beautifully renovated guest rooms, 19 suites, and two penthouses, our hotel blends timeless elegance with modern comforts—from nine-foot ceilings and Nespresso® coffee machines to yoga mats and filtered water stations **Bellman Job Description**: - Provides exceptional guest service at all times; - Helps build the experience for our customers through a 'Customer comes first" and “whatever it takes” attitude; - Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests' service needs, thank guests with genuine appreciation; - Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors; - Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors; - Communicates with and approaches guests to inquire about their stay and ensure quality service; - Deliver luggage to room upon check-in, pick-up luggage from room upon departure and assist with storing luggage for guests and groups; - Responds to customer questions regarding hotel facilities and local events; - Assists in planning/booking activities for guests; - Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all issues or unusual matters of significance **Requirements**: - Ability to lift bags, boxes and other items which may weigh up to 30 kgs; - Ability to stand for long periods of time; - An Outgoing personality; - Courteous by nature; - Positive attitude and willingness to help; - Ability To Anticipate; - Assertiveness; - Maturity; - Professionalism; - Tact and discretion; - Detail minded and organized; - Polished presentation and high level of grooming; - Flexibility to work all shifts (required); - Excellent command of English (required).
