**SEEKING HARDWORKING INDIVIDUAL**

**We are in search of a full time/part-time Snow Clearing Team Member who has an aptitude for safety and flexible work schedule.**

**Responsibilities of the Job**:

- Operate small equipment such as snow blowers, sweepers, backpack blowers, shovels, etc.
- Skid Steer/Loader experience, an asset.
- Available on-call, to arrive on site and work independently or in teams to clear snow from commercial and residential sites.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with MSL and manufacturers rules.
- Follow safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be in physically condition to walk, bend, lift, and carry equipment (approx. 50 lbs) for extended periods of time.
- Have a valid class 5 driver’s licence and reliable transportation to site.
- Must have a working cell phone with data service.
- Ability to work in cold/freezing conditions.
- Must provide own winter gear (boots, gloves, coat, hat, etc).
- Flexibility to work early daytimes, evenings and/or weekends, as required.
- Aptitude for safety.
- Time management skills, ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
- Motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Maintain a courteous, professional attitude in dealing with customers and the public.
