Landscape Foreman

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily landscape operations, including gardening, irrigation, and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and train team members to ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- Plan and execute landscape projects from start to finish, including planting, mulching, and hardscape installation.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress with clients and management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, and plant care.
- Previous supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to landscaping projects is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
