**About Us**:
Tmattos Services is a trusted construction and renovation company with over 5 years of experience in the GTA. We specialize in **demolition, framing, insulation, drywall, taping, finish carpentry, painting, and cleaning services**. We work with homeowners, builders, and commercial clients, delivering professional and reliable results every time.

We are seeking a motivated **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. Your role will be to generate new leads, present our services to clients, and close deals. You’ll represent a full-service construction company with a solid reputation and strong client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and build strong client relationships.
- Meet with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Assist in preparing and presenting estimates (support provided).
- Follow up with clients to secure repeat business.
- Report sales activity to management.

**What We Offer**:

- Commission-based pay: 5% on gross profit of each closed project.
- No cap on commissions, the more you sell, the more you earn.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience (construction/renovation industry an asset).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve results.
- Driver’s license and transportation are an asset.

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-only position. Sales representatives earn 5% on the gross profit of each closed project.
