**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residences. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and delivering specialized care when necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Provide hospice care and support for clients with terminal illnesses, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Assist with heavy lifting and mobility support for clients who require physical assistance.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client status to nursing staff or family members.
- Offer specialized care for clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments, using appropriate techniques to ensure their safety and comfort.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in patient care, senior care, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Familiarity with hospice care practices is beneficial.
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic focused on client well-being.

Pay: $20.75-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
