**Job duties**
- Translate various digital file formats to created useable AutoCAD drawings;
- Read and interpret blue prints from all Consultants;
- Produce shop drawings of product line from Interior Design Drawings;
- Effectively review mechanical and structural drawings and review locations;
- communicate effectively with Consultants and client representatives;
- Collaborate with others as part of a team;
- Convert AutoCAD drawings into 3Ds Max Renderings, Lumion Software and Sketchup
- Operate computer-assisted design (AutoCAD);
- Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data;
- Calculate square footage and square meters on drawings for material calculations;
- Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates;
- Prepare presentation drawings and full set construction drawings;
- Create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
- Develop plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings
- Advise on selection of colours, finishes and materials, lighting, furniture and other items, taking into account ergonomic and occupational health standards
- Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures
- Produce Virtual 3D Coloured Renderings in all the following Specific Software (Sketchup, 3Ds Max & Lumion)
- Among other tasks as needed.

**Wage**: $29.23 per hour

**Required Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar

**Required Work experience**:

- Written and spoken English language skills required
- 3-5 years of AutoCAD/Interior Design and Architectural experience
- Speed and accuracy in AutoCAD Interior Design Drawings
- Able to complete a full set of construction drawings independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Autodesk REVIT, MS Word, 3D graphic software (3Ds Max, Lumion, Sketchup)
- Expert Knowledge of Sketch-Up and Interior Construction Millwork details
