Project Coordinator

Innisfail, Canada NWP Industries LP Full time

This position is responsible for coordinating and organizing multiple assigned smaller projects and assisting the Project Managers when required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review project Quote compared to customer Purchase Order.
- Set up and maintain projects in ERP system: accurately create job structures, BOM’s and labour routers.
- Provide drafting with project specific information for drawing creation.
- Review drawings for necessary fabrication details and ensure document control is provided with all applicable drawings necessary for work instruction creation.
- Communicate professionally with customer and sales regarding project details as necessary: project updates, drawing approvals, change orders and final delivery.
- Accurately documented, re-scheduled, re-costed and accepted on “Change Orders”, and changes are processed on work orders and drawings.
- Arrange third party services if necessary.
- Ask great questions to the NWP team to learn further skills for further career advancement.

**Qualifications**:

- possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- ability to work and function effectively in a fast paced environment.
- strong working knowledge with Word, Outlook, Excel and experience in an ERP system.
- ability to read fabrication drawings
- familiar with ASME codes would be an asset.
- applicable technical school diploma or one or more years experience as a project coordinator in a fabrication setting.
