**Overview****:

**Duties**
- Provide individual and/or group counselling sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records.
- Utilize Jane App for booking and client management.
- Option to participate in peer consultation for professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Registration as a Clinical Counsellor (**RCC**) or Registered Social Worker (**RSW**).
- Experience in providing counselling services is preferred, but we welcome new graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with online therapy platforms.

We are particularly interested in practitioners that love working with couples, children/teens, or EMDR trained. We also welcome counsellors with specific niches or specialities.

As a contractor this includes responsibilities such as sole proprietor registration, business licence, professional insurance and supervision (in line with your professional code of ethics).
