As a Restaurant Management team member, you will support the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, including execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems; participate in the achievement of store objectives; ensure compliance with all laws and ethical business practices; and participate in creating and maintaining a customer-focused environment

**General Manager** - You will manage the operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant - training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures; maximizing store sales goals against budgets; maximizing profit goals; ensuring the continual improvement of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards; developing and mentoring everyone who works in your store; and ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets.

**Education/Experience**:

- Two years management experience in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong PC skills

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
