A small and friendly company is seeking a delivery driver to join the team. You will be acting as the face of the brand to our customers. We expect you to be organized, presentable, courteous and have a good command of the English language.

The work schedule will be Monday to Friday and days start at 8am. The route starts and ends in Abbotsford. The finish time varies and as such you will need to be slightly flexible, but the days should average out at approximately 8 hours. Please be aware that while we aim to offer 40 hours, it cannot be guaranteed and there may be some weeks where you work slightly less hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Load the company van in the morning.
- Complete pickups and drop-offs around the lower mainland (approximately 10-20 stops per day).
- Drive the van safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Maintain communication with management and customers as required throughout the day.
- Handle any customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Unload the van at the end of the day.

**Requirements**:

- Valid class 5 driver's license.
- Permanent resident or citizen of Canada.
- Previous delivery experience an asset.
- A relatively clean drivers abstract.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Must be able to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lb) as required during deliveries.
- Must provide own CSA approved steel toe footwear.
- Must be comfortable wearing breathing and hearing protection when in the workshop. This protection will be provided for you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
