**Job Position**: PSW(35.00)/RPN(50.00)

**Job Details**:

- We are looking for all bands of Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, and PSW for immediate start.
- Eli-Ann Healthcare services can offer you flexible shifts of up to 5 x 12 hour shifts per week, with the option of additional shifts if required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tending to the healthcare needs of each client.
- Making case notes and managing the case logbook.
- Designing care plans that best suit the clients' needs.

**The following will need to be supplied**:

- Proof of right to work in Canada.
- Fitness to Work Certificate or proof of vaccinations/immunity.
- Copy of a current and clear Vulnerable Sector Police Reference Check.
- Up to date CPR/First Aid training.
- Valid PSW certificate from accredited school/CNO Registration.
- A current record of immunization or a Chest X-Ray confirming that you are clear of tuberculosis.
- Government Issued Photo ID (ex: Drivers License).
