Light Duty Maintenance Person

InfraReady Products (1998) Ltd is a grain procesing company servicing the baking industry for over 20 years and requires a Light Duty Maintanence person who has the following skills;
- Problem Solving
- You will be working alone or with other Contractors/ Equipment Operators to trouble shoot and determine best way to resolve maintanence issues.
- Broad Technical Skills
- You will be be able to perform all basic Property Maintanence duties with some minor mechanical skills. Ie, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, roof repair, some yard maintanence, etc. The ability to operate a Forklift, Aerial Work Platform, Grain Auger would be an asset. We will train for those skills.
- Organizational Skills
- The organization of the Maintanence area and tools is an continuing process. Time management to complete Work Orders and other emergency repairs safely, will be critcal.
- Attention to detail
- We are a food processing facility holding an AA rating and food safety, quality and legality is maintained by addherence to company policey and procedures.
- Physical Ability
- This position requires you to be able to work outside and inside. Walking, climbing ladders, lifting, etc, will be a regular rerquirment. Working in warm, dusty, loud enviroments with PPE is also frequent.
- Valid Drivers licence.
- Fluent in English. Speaking, reading and writing.

Pay dependant on skill sets and experience.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, which includes 2-15 minute rest periods and 1- 30 minute meal period.
You will be reporting to the Production Manager and to the President.
