**Duties**:

- Post all New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals including coordinating month end close to ensure deals are received and posted within the month end.
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of schedules.
- Responsible to ensure that floorplan payment requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
- Stocking all New and Pre-Owned vehicles into inventory.
- Other accounting related duties as needed.

Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience as a Deal Clerk is considered an asset.
- Previous experience with Lightspeed, ADP, Reynolds, or other dealership accounting software are considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to collaborate with management and other in-dealership team members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
