**Position Overview**

The Payroll Processor is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for all staff within the organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and solid knowledge of Alberta labor laws, including the Employment Standards Code. The Payroll Processor will act as a liaison between HR, staff, and ADP, ensuring payroll integrity, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process payroll accurately and on time using ADP
- Review and reconcile staff hours with ConnecTeam and client calendars
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and payroll legislation
- Support employees with payroll inquiries, ROEs, and ADP access
- Collaborate with HR and ADP to resolve issues and improve processes

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience in payroll processing (Alberta preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Standards Code of Alberta
- Proficiency in Excel and ADP payroll systems
- Familiar to proficient use of timekeeping systems (e.g., ConnecTeam)
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and strong problem-solving skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
