L’Associé(e) aux ventes relève du/de la Gérant(e) de magasin et fournit un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, en plus de générer des ventes et de participer à toutes les tâches essentielles qui sont nécessaires aux opérations quotidiennes efficaces en magasin, incluant un soutien envers toutes les initiatives du Visuel et les directives de la marque.

L’Associé(e) aux ventes est au cœur de toutes les activités en magasin, en s’assurant que les opérations de caisse se déroulent sans problèmes et de façon efficace. Il/elle est fiable, aime le travail d’équipe, a le souci du détail et de bonnes aptitudes mathématiques, ce qui fait qu’il/elle est tout à fait apte à faire balancer sa caisse.

**Qualification & compétences**:

- Expérience dans l’industrie du détail, le service à la clientèle et/ou en tant que caissier(ère), un atout;
- Diplôme d’études secondaires;
- Aimer le travail d’équipe;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Orientation vers le service à la clientèle;
- Énergique et motivé(e);
- Orientation vers les objectifs;
- Fortes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
- Responsable et fiable;
- Habileté à résoudre des problèmes;
- Excellentes habiletés de communication;
- Compréhension des tendances mode, un atout;
- Connaissances en informatique (Microsoft Office).
