Meat Packer

We are looking for a Meat Cutter with exceptional butcher skills to join our butchering team. In this role, you break down beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products into various cuts before weighing out portions to sell. _**You must follow all refrigeration safety and manufacturing sanitation guidelines.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Break down beef, pork, poultry, or other meat products into various cuts
- Weigh out portions for sale
- Wrap and package products for sale
- Properly sanitize all equipment with disinfectant
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

**Salary**: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Jacobs, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Meat cutting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
