Carpenter/framer - Full Time Residential Construction

We are a full service high end design build company in Oakville, specializing in residential large scale renovations and additions. We are looking for a skilled construction carpenter for rough framing and finishing as well as experience in other areas of renovation.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in home renovations. A well rounded knowledge of many trades and the ability to execute when required
- Ability to frame additions and interior structural alterations. Full understanding and interpretation of drawing from inception to completion
- Work independently and in group settings.
- Well mannered on site presence with some client facing interaction
- Prepared to take on an apprentice
- Positive attitude as a leader and teacher
- Rough and finished carpentry
- Highest-quality standards for your work and pride in the quality, execution and cleanliness
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Knowledge of high end materials and finishing standards
- Tools and transportation required to complete tasks associated to renovation with exception of specialty equipment that will be provided on a job to job basis.

- Able to work in Oakville and surrounding areas (30km radius)
