Working in our Leamington, ON production facility, you’ll join a dynamic team who’s passionate about making a difference in modern agriculture. You’ll follow daily protocols required for maintenance of colonies, packing orders, and supporting team members.

**What you’ll do**
- Feeding and maintenance of colonies (insects or bees)
- Packing orders
- Prep materials for packing
- Follow all protocols and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Complete all necessary forms, paperwork and documentation
- Sanitation in production room
- Operation of sachet machine

**Who you are**
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skill
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Must possess the ability to effectively manage time and carry out multiple tasks
- Commitment to accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Excel and other computer programs an asset
