**IT Project Manager**

Reflex Integrated Inc. is a leading Canadian based IT service provider. We provide end to end IT solutions to support existing and growing business needs for clients across North America. We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company that is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Toronto team. This position will report to the Manager of IT Projects.

The role is based in our Toronto location and is a full-time permanent position.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee projects from initiation/start to closing/end.
- Set projects goals and objectives, define projects scope, roles, steps, and timelines.
- Manage projects’ deliverables and complete projects within set timelines.
- Manage resources allocated to projects and ensure efficiencies are in place.
- Communicate and coordinate projects objectives, steps, tasks, schedule, milestones, etc. with clients as required.
- Accurate, frequent, and up-to-date reporting on project progress, time frame, estimates, budget, actuals, issues.
- Oversee the allocation and availability of resources required for a project
- Conduct risk assessments to identify factors capable of minimizing success of a project.
- Establish and maintain positive relationship and trust with third party contractors and vendors.
- Given the nature of the industry, after hours work might be required from time to time.
- Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned according to the company needs.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, business management, or any related field.
- 2-5 Years of project management experience, preferably within IT, technology, or internet environment.
- IT knowledge and experience are preferred and would be considered as an asset.
- Completion of PMP or business analysis certification is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a passion for working with customers.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to work with people (clients and internal staff) in a professional manner.
- Ability to support customers in a tactful and effective manner
- Show understanding and relate to customers.
- Problem-solving Skills to address roadblocks and open bottle necks where and when needed.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment
- Fluency in French is an asset (not mandatory).
- Self-motivated mindset to drive results.
- Open minded, team player, with a willingness to learn and improve.

Due to COVID-19, the role will temporarily be a combination of work from home and work from the office/client sites.

**Experience**:
