We are currently recruiting for a **full-time Spend Analytics Analyst** to support our Spend Analytics team.
**Position Overview**

This position is responsible for providing decision support to internal and external stakeholders through spend analytics, reporting, data collection and cleansing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce various reports including but not limited to opportunity reports, compliance reports, and analytical reporting for decision support.
- Maintain, update, and audit the item master product repository to support analytics and reporting requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist and participate in data validation and cleansing to ensure data integrity, utilizing Extract Translate Load and manual processes.
- Monitor inputs into NAV ERP system including but not limited to transactional spend, information, vendor information and local (member) contracts.
- Ability to follow standard business procedures and work collaboratively with a team to support both the optimization and documenting of business processes.
- Continuously improve the customer experience through strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Community College or equivalent (3 years). Business, Accounting, or Health Informatics education would be an asset.
- Demonstrated knowledge in all facets of MS Office and electronic communication
- Advanced Excel level and intermediate Access level
- 2+ years’ experience
- With relational database - proprietary or otherwise
- Some Financial (accounts receivable/payable)
- Manipulation and analysis of data using a variety of software tools
- Problem solving and research skills
- Customer service
- Ability to interpret data, problem solve and formulate decisions
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and respectfully with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work with a team or independently
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and probe to fully understand the needs and reporting requirements of internal and external stakeholder’s
- Interest or knowledge of healthcare products is an asset
**Travel**
- Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices in Burlington, London and Brantford.
