**We’re Hiring**
Constructive Solutions is currently seeking **experienced Formwork Carpenters** to join our team for ongoing commercial and residential projects across Calgary. If you’re reliable, take pride in quality work, and have 3+ years of experience in formwork carpentry, we want to hear from you.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-4 years** of experience in formwork carpentry
- **Valid Fall Arrest Certification**:

- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and layout
- Familiar with all types of form systems (e.g., Doka, Peri, Gang forms)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Must have own PPE and basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to site (we offer early morning site drop-offs when needed)

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal forms for concrete placement
- Set forms according to plans, ensuring proper elevation and alignment
- Install rebar, bracing, and scaffolding as needed
- Pour, level, and finish concrete
- Strip and clean forms after concrete sets
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively
- Follow all site safety protocols and regulations
