**Job description: Project Manager**

**Niradia Group of Companies** (the “Company”) is a privately owned, proudly Canadian company, founded in 1971 that has long-standing experience, a proven record of accomplishments, and a well-respected presence in Western Canada, operating in four main divisions: Construction Property Management (Centura Building Systems Ltd.), Real Estate Development (Solterra Group of Companies), Property Management (Rossano Property Management Group), and Hospitality Management.

We are actively seeking a **Project Manager.** The role will involve subcontractor coordination, contract management, construction scheduling, quality assurance, and enforcement of safety policies. This person has a proven track record for meeting budgets, schedules and scope for a demanding set of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all invoicing, billing, costing, and correspondence
- **Facilitate, coordinate and manage project aspects for residential low rise & high rise, hotels and commercial projects**:

- Able to lead and work independently.
- Working with metal cladding and architectural panels considered an asset.
- Monitor, communicate and update project budget costs including explanations for any cost overruns incurred.
- Ensure delivery of the projects are in line with the approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes and that quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are achieved through design and delivery.
- Facilitate, coordinate and manage all aspects of on-going projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Masters in Urban Design, BSc in Construction Management, Engineering or similar discipline preferred.
- Experience in coordinating all the required aspects of managing a project from pre-construction through to completion.
- Must be motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team collaborator yet also be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Work without any on-site supervision.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- _**Software skills**:_ requires knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
