**Job Title: Competitive Gymnastics Coach**

**Location: Tryumph Gymnastics Academy Inc.** 1373 Ogilvie Rd., Gloucester, ON, K1J 7P5

**Vacancy**: 1 Position Available

**Type of Employment**: Permanent, Full-Time

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Salary**: Starting at $26.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience, for 30 to 40 hours per week.

**Languages Required**: English

**Educational Requirements**: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years

**Work Setting**: Gymnastics facility

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**: Design and execute comprehensive training programs tailored to enhance athlete performance in competitive gymnastics.
- **Athlete Preparation and Motivation**: Prepare and motivate athletes for competitions, enhancing their techniques and competitive mindset.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Conduct regular assessments of athletes’ performances and provide targeted feedback.
- **Tactical Oversight**: Analyze and adjust training strategies based on competition outcomes and athlete feedback.
- **Safety Management**: Maintain a safe training environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**: Offer ongoing support and mentorship, fostering professional and personal growth among athletes.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Collaborate with coaching staff and support teams to optimize training and competitive strategies.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest coaching practices and regulations.
- **Event Coaching and Spotting**: Coach and spot all four gymnastics events—vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise—to ensure comprehensive training and safety during practices and competitions.
