Woodbridge, Canada Bright Futures Physio & Speech Therapy Full time

Bright Futures Physio & Speech Therapy for Children is a new and growing pediatric health clinic in York Region. We provide play-based, child-centered therapy in community settings, in-home visits, and virtual care. We also offer both group programs and one-to-one sessions to support children and families.

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and families, enjoys flexibility, and is eager to grow with a supportive and innovative clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for children with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy in community settings, in homes, virtually, and in small groups
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain client records in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Participate in program development, including group-based therapy sessions

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Pediatric experience required
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (community travel required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
