This includes the company’s cash flows, banking obligations, and financial costs. The Treasury Analyst is accountable for tracking cash inflows and outflows between intercompany entities and counter parties, documenting and analyzing expenses from the Treasury department, updating cashflows and managing the currency exchange rates for operational purposes. He/she also plays a key role in assisting the Treasurer with various continuous improvement projects throughout the year. **What You Will Bring**: Required: - Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (specifically, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Power BI - Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines - Excellent ability to work under pressure with sometimes everchanging priorities. - Team spirit with effective communication and interpersonal skills - Organized and attention to detail - Experience in multinational, multilayered corporate entity structures, fast paced environment - +3 years’ work experience in treasury/cash management working function - Experience in multinational, multilayered corporate entity structures, fast paced environment - Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting Asset: - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with a desire to continuously learn - Concurrent pursuit of a CFA or CPA designation an asset **What You Will Do**: - Responsible for the maintenance and tracking of the company’s global cash position and presentations used for cash flow projections. - Participate in the coordination of cash requirements related to company outflows across all entities and advise of any additional capital requirements. - Monitor the Treasury department’s financial costs by keeping up-to-date schedules relating to interest and other financial costs - Ensure that Bank Account Management policies are followed across the company. Manage bank accounts (opening and closing when needed) and relationships with banks - Update and maintain the different currency exchange rates that are used across the company.
