**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, coach, and manage BDC representatives to achieve performance and productivity goals.
- Monitor CRM usage, lead response times, follow-up processes, and appointment confirmations.
- Develop and implement scripts, processes, and best practices for lead handling and customer interactions.
- Track and report on BDC metrics including lead conversion rates, appointment set/show ratios, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Service, and Marketing departments to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing support and development for current staff.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the BDC operates in alignment with dealership goals and OEM expectations.
- Make 2 day follow up phone calls daily.
- Other related duties.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a dealership BDC or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., CDK, 180 TMS ECT.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
