**Job Overview**
We seek dedicated, hardworking individuals to join our family farm operation in Neepawa, Manitoba. As a farm technician/worker, you will play a crucial role in our agricultural operations, assisting in various tasks to ensure the successful planting, growing, and harvesting of crops such as wheat, canola, soybeans, beans, sunflowers and corn.

**Duties**
- Assist in field perperation, planting, spraying and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farming machinery and equipment
- Work with farm owner and other team members to maintain farm facilities, buildings, and equipment.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to safety standards

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred.
- Ability to work long hours in busy season (Aug to November) outdoor conditions, with physical stamina and a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery is an asset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A valid driver’s license is required; Class 1 license is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.

Pay: $17.00-$28.00 per hour
