As well as provide administrative assistance with accounts receivables and collections. Job Duties: - Input invoices into web-based software ensuring accuracy and compliance - Follow up with subcontractors for outstanding invoices - Research and respond to subcontractor billing questions in coordination with AP - Update customer web portals with real-time information - Print and file invoices and supporting safety documentation - Provide "Backup" to assist payroll and team with any follow-up or data entry required surrounding service work orders - Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies - Any other duties as assigned by the Field Service Support Manager, or Senior Leadership team Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - Strong proficiency in common office programs including Microsoft Office and Google Suite with the aptitude to learn new software - Knowledge of Accpac/Sage 300 accounting software as an asset - Exceptional communication and ability to convey information appropriately - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to speak, write, read, and comprehend procedures in English **Salary: $45,000-50,000 CAD/annually** - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
