With deep industry expertise, PCP aims to create significant long-term capital appreciation by identifying and developing attractive investment opportunities in the healthcare market, with a focus on businesses across a broad spectrum in the healthcare sector. PCP is currently hiring a Senior Analyst to join as an integral member of the Toronto investment team. The individual will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, including evaluation of investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio company management. Primary responsibilities include: - Analysis of new investment opportunities: - Perform industry deep dives and competitive research; - Build detailed financial models and financial statement analysis; - Conduct operational, commercial and financial due diligence; and - Prepare internal investment presentations.. - Portfolio company management: - Work with management teams to support strategic and operational initiatives, including executing tuck-in acquisitions; and - Monitor and evaluate portfolio company performance. **Qualifications**: - 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction services, private equity or corporate development; - Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills; - Excellent communication and presentation skills, including producing high-impact presentations and models; - Self-starter, team-oriented, detail-oriented, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and thrive in a high-performance environment; - Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure; - Consistent track record of high achievement, both professionally and academically; - Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); - Well-developed interpersonal and social skills; - Knowledge and/or experience in any domain of healthcare is an asset but not a requirement; and - Legally entitled to work in Canada. **How to Apply**:
