Fil-Trek Corporation is a leading manufacturer of industrial filtration equipment for customers around the globe. Our products are designed and manufactured at our Cambridge, ON facility.

The Master Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the weekly and long-term production schedules while optimizing the schedule through knowledge of capacity, resources, and efficiency.
- Provide customers with updates on a regular basis.
- Effectively communicate with customers to improve the customer experience.
- Gather data from MRP to effectively manipulate the production schedule.
- Create and manage schedules for each production sector.
- Identify discrepancies and mitigate risks for meeting committed ship dates.
- Report to management on projections for upcoming weeks, months, and quarters.
- Evaluate and coordinate with other departments to ensure materials from suppliers are on schedule.
- Oversee and facilitate production scheduling meetings with key stake holders.
- Analyze production resource requirements and available resources to ensure production schedules are feasible.
- Monitor work in progress (WIP) on the production floor and adjust schedule when required due to material shortages or other manufacturing interruptions.
- Monitor critical process bottlenecks and adjust job scheduling to minimize excess WIP levels.
- Generate, track, and distribute standardized reports, both internal and external for production scheduling.

**Qualifications**
- University or College Education or a combination of education and or experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous related experience.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Master Production Scheduling in manufacturing, supply chain management or a related field.
- Direct experience with ERP system preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
