**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a high quality of workmanship, diagnostics and maintenance repair as per required standards.
- Report all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
- Obtain and follow OEM repair procedures as well as pre and post-scan of all vehicles and calibrate modules as necessary.
- Possess and maintain a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems and technology.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Journeyperson required or Red Seal Certification preferred.
- I-Car Platinum Status preferred.
- Autobody Collision Repair experience is required to be successful in this role.
- You are passionate about being at the forefront of the collision repair industry with an understanding of the material makeup and the ever-changing vehicle technology.
- Experience with Import, European or Luxury vehicles is an asset.
- You have a valid Driver’s license and provide a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75lbs) and equipment such as tires, tools and equipment.
- You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.

- You are honest, trustworthy and care about providing the best possible customer experience.
**What We Offer**:
- Starting wage of $34.00 (wages based on experience)
- Relocation bonus of up to $5,000.00
- Signing Bonus of up to $5,000.00
- Tool Allowance and Boot Allowance
