**Matcon Group of Companies** is one of the Lower Mainland's leading and most highly respected construction company. Due to continued growth within all respected divisions, we are currently seeking Traffic Control personnel for our underground utilities division.

**TCP Job Description**:

- Working around heavy equipment.
- Setting up & taking down site signage required.
- General duties around sites.
- Work safely with vehicular traffic systems and pedestrians.
- Monitor/track haul trucks arriving and leaving Matcon sites.
- Spotting for haul trucks.
- Ability to use two-way radio as means of communication with truck drivers and site personnel.
- Tracking & paperwork for all trucking/gravels/spoil.
- Knowledge of soil types being loaded and hauled.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Traffic Control Certificate.**:

- Comfort working in all types of weather.
- Valid Drivers License and means of transportation.
- Knowledge of Setting up and Taking down traffic control devices.
- Knowledge and understanding of traffic control management plans.
- Must be able to work safely and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays.
- Must be able to provide references along with resume.

**Salary**: $24.44-$26.65 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
