**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while managing your own vehicle. As an Owner Operator, you will have the flexibility to operate independently while adhering to company standards and safety regulations. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, possess strong driving skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- **Use Your Own Reefer Vehicle**: Operate independently using your own refrigerated (reefer) vehicle for full control and flexibility.
- **Maintain Optimal Cargo Conditions**: Keep cargo at a stable temperature range of **15°C to 24°C**, ideal for sensitive goods such as medications, pet products, and wellness items.
- **Heavy Lifting required**: driver will hand-bomb boxes on each delivery, this require to lift up to 60lbs.
- **Serve High-Demand Local Destinations**: Ensure timely and secure deliveries to:

- Local **pet stores**
- Independent and chain **pharmacies**
**- Walmart Pharmacy** locations
- Operate and maintain your own commercial vehicle in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner while ensuring the safety of the cargo.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Manage logistics including route planning and scheduling to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and expenses.
- Utilize forklift and heavy equipment operation skills as needed during loading and unloading processes.
- Perform basic automotive repairs when necessary to ensure vehicle reliability.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or G License.
- Familiarity with freight handling procedures and logistics operations.
- Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in automotive repair preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
