**Buyer**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for receiving, reordering, and tracking purchase requisitions
- Participates in cross-functional teams to support operations with procurement activities
- Track and report on blanket agreement expiry dates
- Research discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, etc.
- Create monthly scorecards to track supplier Performance
- Spare part tracking and crib inventory tracking
- Lead and Manage Crib Attendants

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Supply Chain management professional (SCMP) designation/diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years purchasing experience
- Technical software requirements. Working knowledge of CMS, Visual. Proficient in Microsoft office (including Microsoft project)
- Strong negotiations, problem solving and multi tasking
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years purchasing experience in the automotive industry
