Top Security Group Inc. is one of the fastest growing security firms in Canada. Presently, we are looking for Loss Prevention Investigators (Plain clothes) for our locations in Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The Loss Prevention Investigator, You will:

- Deter, detect and apprehend for theft and fraud within our retail locations
- Collaborate with the local police service regularly
- Detect and Investigate internal cases; compile and present evidence for the purpose of court or arbitration
- Identify potential shrink opportunities within our operational core compliance
- Build and maintain store partnership through management meetings & huddles; coach and mentor colleagues regarding Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Available to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends (40 hr. work week with some flexibility around scheduling

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- Valid Provincial Security Guard License required
- Professional, friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A high degree of initiative and integrity required to be successful in a dynamic environment

Compensation:

- Entry level position: $17:00 -$20.00 per hour based on experience and education
- Paid training
- Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
- Full-time hours: 32-40 per week

COVID-19 considerations:

- All provincial protocols to be followed in respect to Covid-19
