**Job Summary**:
As a **Shipping Coordinator** for our team located in **Laval**, you will be responsible to coordinate, verify and perform shipment of biological samples and equipment. Your success will ensure the smooth running of our research, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

In this role, primary **responsibilities** include:

- Coordinate shipment schedule and workload
- Perform the shipment packing, labeling, marking, and tracking
- Verify and organize shipment through border via company courier
- Fill appropriate documentation for shipment purposes

**Key Elements**:
If you possess the following **qualifications**, we will train you in the rest:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg)
- Bilingualism French and English is mandatory
- Comfortable with computer systems
- Good organizational skills and be proactive

**Role Specific Information**:

- Location: Laval / Free parking / Near the Montmorency subway
- Salary: Starting at $24/hrs
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime. Depending on the needs, you may have to do overtime
- **Temporary position, 1 year contract**. Full-time at 37.5hrs per week
