**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead group and private yoga classes tailored around the puppies - low intensity
- Demonstrate proper techniques and postures, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate all participants
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages mindfulness and relaxation
- Monitor class participants and offer personalized guidance when needed
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the yoga studio before and after classes
- Promote upcoming classes, workshops, and wellness events to clients
- Stay updated on the latest yoga trends, techniques, and health guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Yoga Instructor with relevant certifications (you will be asked to send these to us along with proper insurance for teaching)
- Strong teaching skills with excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time during classes
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to motivate and inspire students
- Ability to adapt instruction for diverse audiences and skill levels
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

**Hours**
- 3-8 hours weekly (2-4 consecutive hours in a day example 11am-3pm)
- Pop-up events can happen with short notice if studio areas become available
- Willing to commute to Waterloo, Kitchener, Guelph areas

**Pay**
- 22.50$ an hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 8 per week

Licence/Certification:

- 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (required)
