Premium is looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Lead to assist with driving digital and in-store marketing campaigns supporting our clients' consumer retail partners in Canada.

The Omnichannel Marketing Lead will assist with executing current strategies and support in defining, designing, and implementing campaigns. By creating eye-catching visuals and engaging displays, implementing e-commerce strategies, and managing advertising campaigns, you'll play an integral part in attracting customers, driving awareness and conversion, and efficiently improving our clients' brand presence online and in-store at top brick-and-click retailers.

**What will you do?**
- Digital Shelf Monitoring and Optimization.
- Create and optimize content, providing real-time visibility to actual digital shelf performance and implementing updates and corrections.
- Content creation and management.
- Ensure our clients' brands are displayed online by developing best-in-class item page content to drive conversion and sales.
- Assist navigation through the digital marketplace by collaborating with clients' marketing and product teams as they develop their e-commerce strategy, managing clients' digital shelves, planning and executing promotional programs, supporting fulfillment optimization efforts, providing exceptional backroom support, and delivering scorecards and insights.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support seasonal calendar events, product launches, and exclusive promotions.
- Oversee and manage the overall marketing support team which includes but is not limited to coaching, training, development, and day-to-day project assignment/execution.
- Support the Client Marketing Managers in the execution rhythm of digital marketing campaigns, and on-site merchandising.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Marketing teams to plan effective visual merchandising solutions.
- Project Management of merchandising programs from conception to execution and own the third-party vendor briefing process.
- Responsible for operational aspects of display inventory management, including production, execution, and delivery.
- Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of visual merchandising strategies for various customer channels including regional retailers and mass merchants.
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of digital marketing, online merchandising, CRM, mobile, and social plans on retail partner e-commerce sites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve visibility for priority product categories and brand content using a blend of paid and organic strategies keeping consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Coordinate activities with regional and worldwide digital teams.
- Monitor costs and work within the budget, and manage all invoicing and payments to third-party vendors.
- Execute day-to-day management of Advertising campaigns.
- Communicate program performance and progress against goals in a cross-functional setting.
- Provide analytical support from digital marketing campaigns.

- Provide business and customer insights based on triangulation of data across sales and marketing touchpoints, web reporting data, and end-customer research.
- Responsible for the development of assets and localization of copy.

- Proactively identifying marketing opportunities and leveraging relevant industry trends.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business required
- MBA in marketing preferred, or equivalent experience in the retail merchandising industry.
- 2-5 years of OMNI/Integrated marketing experience in the retail environment with digital physical channel marketing in a fast-paced growth environment, Direct to Consumer in the luxury brand would be preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in the customer journey, post-purchase journey.
- Digital and in-store marketing, with demonstrated experience in retail activation, event management, new product launch, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals. meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Client-telling platforms, communications, and processes to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Superb communication and presentation skills.
