**Summary**

Reporting to the OEM Buyer, the Inventory Management Coordinator will accurately process, input and maintain control of all inventory material activity at all facilities.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Source and procure new parts, receive new parts and ship parts to facilities
- Coordinate and manage the spare parts and update inventory information in the system
- Monitor inventory and arrange timely replenishment
- Manage the SAP RFQ system between all facilities, ensuring all parts are assigned and re-deployed correctly based on maintenance needs
- Validate accuracy of purchase requisition base on requirements and ensure it meets all specifications
- A “hands-on” role working very closely with maintenance coordinators and maintenance teams to gather and compile requirements from all facilities
- Other responsibilities as required

**Required Experience**
- Post-secondary education in Operations Management or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products with Intermediate Excel skills required
- Strong communication (oral and written)
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills in a faced paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Preferably with SAP experience
- Current forklift certification is an asset
