Preventative Maintenance Services Manager

Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Service Manager.
The Preventive Maintenance group sells and supports PM agreements across all of Canada. They focus on total cost of operation, increasing uptime and lowering operating costs for our customers. They work with our customers and branches to put together products to suit our customers industry, territory and operational needs. The Preventative Maintenance Manager is charged with the overall responsibility of the PM business and is responsible for building a world class PM program including managing, delivering and focusing on customer experience and satisfaction.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and management to drive continuous improvement to the PM team, delivery and efficiency of PM agreements, while actively managing and reporting PM metrics to key stakeholders.
- Responsible for the oversight, performance and management of the Proactive Maintenance team in Regina.
- Identify and implement processes to increase efficiencies
- Identify opportunities, implement strategies to market, and grow the overall PM business of Brandt.
- Work with Branch sales, service and PM Tech personnel to ensure processes and procedures are effectively maintained and followed
- Track and maintain PM Agreement information
- Integrate telematics technology and systems to improve service delivery and revenue recovery
- Manage the consistent approach to the design and spec of our dedicated lube trucks
- Data compilation and reporting on KPI’s for the Preventative maintenance department
- Manage the profitability of PM agreements
- Other related duties as assigned
