Are you passionate about sustainable building practices and skilled carpentry? We’re seeking an experienced, **Skilled Carpenter** to join our team in a **Sustainable Building and Custom Construction** environment. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating high-quality, eco-conscious structures, can read and interpret architectural plans, and is ready to work with state-of-the-art building materials and cutting-edge construction techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take on all carpentry responsibilities, problem-solving from foundation to finish.
- Execute custom projects, interpreting and implementing detailed architectural plans.
- Maintain site organization, ensuring materials are stored properly and available when needed.
- Clearly communicate material needs and inventory requirements to management for efficient site operations.
- Work effectively with a variety of personality types, fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented approach on-site.
- Lead or work independently on projects, with the potential to evolve into a mentor role, eventually leading a team and running a site.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Advanced Carpentry Skills**: Strong experience in custom construction, with a deep understanding of green building materials and sustainable practices.
- **Leadership & Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work independently or lead a team, with the drive to mature into a mentor role. Must be able to work well with diverse personalities and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- **Organization & Communication**: Skills to keep materials organized on-site and communicate needs to management accurately and efficiently.
- **Transportation**: Reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites throughout Collingwood, Mansfield, and Hanover.
- **Work Schedule**: Full-time availability.
- **Pay**: $30+ per hour, based on experience and skill level.
