**What You'll Do**

As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing initiatives in the US, with a focus on key markets such as Charity (501-C3), Promotional Games, Online Games, and Historic Horse Racing

The role involves two main aspects: executing thoughtful B2B marketing, with some B2C, strategies and tactics and overseeing the implementation and strategy of player marketing. Collaboration with teams, including the managing director, commercial strategy/product, and V.P. Sales, is crucial for success in this role.

**Some key responsibilities include**:

- Developing annual regional marketing and content strategy, overseeing execution, and allocating budgets
- Managing end-to-end execution of key campaigns and product launches across the region
- Setting strategic priorities for initiatives, planning/managing budgets, and investments
- Planning and executing customer events and tradeshows in the region (G2E Amusement Expo, etc.)
- Collaborating with commercial team leaders to support product vision, roadmap, and key launches
- Supporting key customer relationships and extending marketing support to them
- Collaborating with external agencies, overseeing scoped work, and managing agency execution
- Identifying opportunities and growth within the market for future executions
- Utilizing contextual data/insights to fuel marketing efforts

**What We're Looking For**
- Extensive experience in professional marketing. Gaming experience, international marketing are a plus.
- A proven track record of supporting the execution of innovative marketing strategies, from conception to production
- Experience in implementing marketing technology, utilizing business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, building relationships with team members and senior leadership
- A strong blend of strategic thinking and practical marketing skills, with significant experience in integrated, multichannel campaigns.
- Competency in identifying business opportunities, markets, and innovation needs, showcasing your ability to drive positive outcomes.
