**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**

Safety Express Ltd, an Aramsco Company, has been serving its clients for over 35 years in the Abatement, Restoration, Industrial Safety, Professional Cleaning and Surface Preparation market. As part of our continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our dynamic team in the role of Marketing Coordinator.

OBJECTIVE

As a Marketing Coordinator at Safety Express, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's outreach and visibility. Your expertise in event planning, graphic design, digital marketing, and SEO will contribute to the effective promotion of our products and services. You will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts through strategic event management, creative design, and digital analytics to optimize our marketing campaigns and ensure a high return on investment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Event Planning and Management**:

- Organize and coordinate tradeshows, customer appreciation days, and webinar events.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design and produce event collateral, promotional materials, signage, brochures, and digital graphics that align with our brand identity.
- Ensure all visual communication meets high-quality standards.

**Digital Marketing Support and Website Maintenance**:

- Maintain and update product information on the company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in promoting our products, services, and content through LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Monitor web traffic from social sites and engage with users to foster community interaction.
- Support search engine optimization activities, including keyword research, competitive market analysis, and staying updated with SEO best practices.

**Travel**:

- May be required to travel which is estimated to be around 15%.

**Other**:

- Complete other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
