**What We Offer**:

- $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

- Flexible Schedules and Minimum visits for 3 hours.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Happier Aging is at the heart if what we do - enabling seniors to live at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Help clients with their ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living) that is within the scope of practice for a Registered Health Care Aide.
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercise.
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Richmond hill and Vaughan area
- Looking for flexible availability ( mornings, evenings and overnights) however must be available for at least 20 hrs per week which should include atleast 1 day weekend.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year previous caregiving experience
- Has worked with dementia clients.
- Must have a valid certificate for PSW, DSW, HCA Or foreign trained nurse
- **Must have a car to travel independently to clients home anywhere in Vaughan and Richmond hill**:

- Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
- Negative TB test (updated every 5 years for continued employment)
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
- 2 Professional references
- CPR certification
- Must be able to speak and write in English. **Italian is an asset.**:

- Have a valid SIN and eligibility to work in Canada.
