**Scope**:
Complete entire financial cycle for all entities under Azure Urban Developments Inc.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and complete the entire accounting cycle
- Forecast and cash flow of all projects and operating entities
- Complete and reconcile project reports for lender funding
- Complete bi-monthly payroll for all operating entities
- Monthly Payroll tax reconciliation and remittances
- Monthly WSIB reporting and remittances
- Reconciliation of T4s, EI and CPP Commitments
- Complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, approval, and all payments to suppliers and vendors
- Accounts Receivable cycle and collections
- Monthly HST reporting and remittances
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Credit card reconciliation and payment schedule
- Monitor and manage loans, including interest payments
- Manage employee benefits
- Produce complete, accurate, timely and meaningful periodical reports
- Monitor and manage loans
- Maintain and review contractual agreements
- Seek, identify and implement best practices to improve costs
- Be an active participant with all operations
- Work closely with Managing Director and Director of Construction
- Adhere to all duties and other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director
**Health and Safety**:
As a member of the Azure Urban team, you are responsible and accountable for safe work practices and control of physical hazards in your area. You are responsible for:
- Report any hazard or unsafe conditions
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure the use of protective devices or clothing if required by the Health and Safety Program
